Having stunning winter scenery, skiing in Kosovo has developed since the 70's starting at Brezovica. Other destinations have opened post '00. Kosovo offers diverse winter activities for outdoor enthusiasts which includeskiing,snowboarding,snowshoeingandfreeriding. Three ski centers, namely Brezovica, Brod, and Boge, cater to different skill levels. Brezovica boasts excellent snow quality and slopes, while Brod and Boge are ideal for beginners. Snowshoeing allows you to explore frost-covered landscapes and enjoy traditional food in remote mountain villages. Winter activities are available from December to March, depending on weather conditions. Snow in Kosovo falls from December to March. The best months are January and February. Public transport to the skiing destinations is not available.
