The inhabitants live in the riparian zone of the east bank of the Richelieu River (including along Route 133), along Route 239, Chemin Sainte-Victoire and Rang Nord, or in the village of Sainte-Victoire- of-Sorel. This locality is cut in two by the course of the Port au Beurre River which has its source at the confluence of the Lemoine river (from the southeast) and the brook des Benoit (coming from the southwest).
