About Jogindernagar
Jogindernagar is a pleasant destination for hanging out, trekking, paragliding, angling and camping, with a number of hill stations around and other places of interest to visit. The city is popularly known as "the City of Powerhouses" and is the only town in Asia to have three powerhouses which run on the same stream water. The town is known for its pleasant climate. The climate remains mild and light in summers when light woolens or cottons are recommended and during winters, heavy woolens are required. The temperature may dip down as low as -6 degree Celsius in nearby mountains in peak winters.
