About Epe (Nigeria)
Epe is a traditional settlement of the Ijebu people (a subgroup of the Yoruba) was established by the mid-18th century as the chief port (slaves, cloth, agricultural produce) forIjebu-Ode, the capital of the Ijebu kingdom.
