Dsegh (Armenian: Դսեղ) is a village inDebed CanyonofNorthern Armenia, which is especially famous thanks to its beautiful natural surroundings. Situated at an elevation of 1,250-1,350 meters above sea level, the village, surrounded by forested mountain slopes and deep canyons, is one of the highlights of the Debed canyon. Dsegh is the birthplace of one of the most celebrated of Armenian poets, Hovhannes Tumanyan.
