Chikhaldara is a lovelyhill stationlocated in theVidarbharegion ofMaharashtra,India. This place is the only hill station in the region and hence also known as 'Kashmir of Vidharbha'. The town is situated on the plateau in Satpura Range of mountains which lies at the border of states of Maharashtra andMadhya Pradesh. Being a hill station it is pleasant almost throughout the year. In winter, the nights can get a bit chilly though. The best time to go to Chikhaldara is post-monsoon.
